Workshop: Building interactive plots in R
Overview: As part of the data science life cycle series, this workshop will introduce methods for creating interactive plots and tables for exploratory analysis and sharing of both numeric and spatial data. Come and join this workshop to learn principles of interactive packages in R.听
At the end of this workshop, you will be able to
听 听- construct plots in {plotly} with interactive tooltips and mouse controls
听 听- display spatial data on interactive maps with {leaflet}听
听 听- build interactive data tables with {reactable}听
听 听-听learn to embed, save, and share interactive outputs听
Prerequisites:听Intermediate knowledge of data visualization in R
