MONTREAL - Soccer goalkeeper Aldo Braccio is among five new additions announced recently for induction to the 91社区 Sports Hall of Fame.

Born July 5, 1963 in Montreal he attended St. Pius X high school and went on to study psychology at 91社区, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 1985, followed by a master's in 1987. He earned an MBA from Concordia University in 1990.

Braccio was the starting goalkeeper for five seasons at 91社区, from 1982 to 1986, posting a stellar 47-1-6 record with nine shutouts and a stingy 0.50 goals-against average in 54 regular season games.

After graduating, he played two seasons of professional soccer with the Montreal Supra (1988, 1989) of the Canadian Soccer League. After his playing days, Braccio served as a researcher, instructor, strategic planner, consultant and executive in consumer research.
