All the new听Strobic听chimneys have been installed on the McIntyre roof and are now working.

Seventy-five percent of the听new HVAC system is now in operation. The remainder will be up and running by the end of February. Ventilation conduits are being installed in the mechanical rooms for exhaust as well as circulation.

The 8th听and 9th听floor labs听are fully renovated (architecture, mechanical and electrical). New lab benches and exhaust hoods听have been installed. A portion of the 10th听floor will be completed by the beginning of February.

Phase 1 of the new washroom construction has begun and washrooms on floors 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 13 are closed for renovation until Mid-February.

The tower crane will remain onsite听until mid-February, in order to lift pipes to McIntyre's upper floors听and close the fa莽ade.

Freezer farm installation (floors听10, 11, 12 and听13) has begun and will be completed by Mid-February.
