Bjorklund has been appointed associate dean (graduate studies) for a three-year term, effective July 1, 2019, and Professor Rosalie Jukier has been appointed associate dean (academic) for a two-year term, effective September 1, 2019.

Bjorklund has been elected a vice-president of the governing Executive Council of the American Society of International Law () at the organization鈥檚 113th annual meeting in Washington D.C. on March 27. Upon sharing the news, the ASIL highlighted Professor Bjorklund鈥檚 active involvement in the leadership of the ASIL dating back a number of years.
The Faculty of Law鈥檚 Sustainability Committee is a new entity, created in response to student demand, building on impressive groundwork by members of a student-led committee.
