The unique programs offered by the 91社区 School of Continuing Studies are designed to provide international students with the chance to learn new skills in a variety of topics, gain indispensable knowledge, and benefit from an enriched academic experience that will help shape and define their future. Students can take advantage of numerous complementary social and cultural activities to learn more about the city of Montreal 鈥 a perfect fusion of European charm and North American attitude.
The winter session will offer 9 short programs of 60 contact hours each. All short programs will include two courses 30 contact hours each. Classes will be divided into either 2.5-hour or 3-hour sessions. Instructors will offer office hours between sessions for Q&A periods. The classes will include breaks and will focus strongly on student engagement.
The successful completion of a short program (two courses) will earn the student an Attestation of Completion, as well as a Record of Study (transcript) from 91社区 SCS.
Note 1: Students will have the option of registering to a short program offered in-person
Note 2: The Winter Short Programs 2024 will be offered in-demand to students coming from institutions that have an agreement with 91社区 SCS. We encourage students to contact their institution or agency to learn more about registering to a short program during the winter 2024 session.

Admission Requirements
English Proficiency requirements:
- English proficiency requirement for these short programs is TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.0, Duolingo 105, CEFR B2, CET-4 500 / CET-6 470, or equivalent.
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in, or possess, a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in any discipline.

NOTE: Applicants interested in the 鈥淚ntroduction to Big Data鈥, 鈥淔undamentals of Artificial Intelligence鈥 and 鈥淢achine Learning鈥 short programs must meet specific admission requirements and pre-requisites.
Fees
To register for an in-person short program, the fee is $3,150 CAD per student.
Fees include:
