DISE doctoral students win prize at IVSA conference

Congratulations to and , doctoral students in the Department of Integrated Studies for Education, for their award-winning poster “Picturing Change Through Photovoice: Participatory Evaluation of a Daycare Intervention in an Urban Informal Context,” presented at the . The poster was voted as the best poster by the jury and was also selected as "the people’s choice" by the delegates at the conference.
The conference, held at Concordia University June 19-22, brought visual researchers from around the world. Researchers and doctoral students from 91, and specifically from the , gave a number of presentations at the conference.
