Biography: 

As the Senior Employment Equity Advisor, Ande (they/them) plays a key role in guiding members of the 91社区 community 鈥� including senior administrators and HR professionals 鈥� on measures to build and ensure equity in connection with recruitment, hiring, promotion, and retention across all employee groups at 91社区. Ande holds master鈥檚 degrees in social work and urban planning and has worked extensively in the higher education and non-profit sectors, and as well has experience working in government and for-profits.
