Introducing Phoenix this spring! Campus Public Safety鈥檚 Incident Management Solution (IMS), which will provide all CPS teams with a centralized system to manage every incident and request from initial alert to final report, has been reborn with a fiery new name.
To prepare for Phoenix鈥檚 launch, the dedicated project team has updated the mobile devices used by security agents to seamlessly integrate this tool while ensuring compliance with IT security standards. We also launched a one-stop shop website for our Security Services agents that contains information regarding Phoenix and related IT systems and devices.
Getting ready to fly!
A representative group of operations, administrative, and security personnel has been selected for advance training and solution testing. Their insight will help confirm that Phoenix meets CPS' requirements as well as create a positive user experience. Their early exposure to working with Phoenix will allow them to support their colleagues after go-live.
Starting in late April, Phoenix users will be scheduled to participate in Phoenix introductory training sessions either in person or online, depending on their role. Additionally, training documentation such as guides, videos, job aids and more will be provided. More details will be communicated to Phoenix users in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!
