Air & Space Law (Grad. Cert.)

Program Description

The Graduate Certificate (Gr. Cert.) in Air and Space Law offered by the Institute of Air and Space Law in the Faculty of Law is a course-based program that emphasizes fast-paced and career-oriented learning opportunities. Our comprehensive and innovative program offers a specialized and practical curriculum designed to equip students with advanced skills in Air and Space Law.

Unique Program Features

  • The program is designed for jurists and other professionals who wish to pursue graduate-level legal studies specializing in aviation, air and space law, government regulations, conventions and treaties dealing with these areas;
  • Students can graduate after one full-time term of residence and the completion of 15 academic credits of graduate law courses;
  • As it is a course-based program, no thesis or research project is required.

University-Level Admission Requirements

  • An eligible Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA out of a possible 4.0 GPA
  • English-language proficiency
