Program Description
The Graduate Certificate (Gr. Cert.) in Air and Space Law offered by the Institute of Air and Space Law in the Faculty of Law is a course-based program that emphasizes fast-paced and career-oriented learning opportunities. Our comprehensive and innovative program offers a specialized and practical curriculum designed to equip students with advanced skills in Air and Space Law.
Unique Program Features
- The program is designed for jurists and other professionals who wish to pursue graduate-level legal studies specializing in aviation, air and space law, government regulations, conventions and treaties dealing with these areas;
- Students can graduate after one full-time term of residence and the completion of 15 academic credits of graduate law courses;
- As it is a course-based program, no thesis or research project is required.
University-Level Admission Requirements
- An eligible Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA out of a possible 4.0 GPA
- English-language proficiency
