Equilibrium | Parenting and Family
One of the biggest challenges Law Students are facing is to find a balance between their academic and personal lives during their studies. This challenge is still ongoing after graduation and we hope having a discussion around those challenge could help prepare for the next stage of your lives. For the second Equilibrium workshop, we will be discussing how navigating Parenting and Family while working as a full-time Lawyer. As Guest Speakers to share about their experience around being parents and caregivers, we will receive two Alumni, Paula Lobeck and Andrew Hodhod, who are both parents of two children and who are working in Business and Financial areas. Students will have the opportunity to engage in the discussion with the Guests and ask them questions. Snacks and coffee will also be provided.Ìý
Equilibrium aims to be a group discussion happening once a month and during which we bring a guest alumni who can talk about their experience working in the field and how they manage their professional and personal lives at the same time. We hope this workshop series will be helpful in supporting jurists with their well being and mental health.Ìý
