You are invited to a Legal Theory Workshop on constitutional law with Mark Tushnet, Harvard Law.

Professor Tushnet is the听William Nelson Cromwell Professor of Law at Harvard University's School of Law. He specializes in constitutional law and theory, including comparative constitutional law. His research includes studies examining (skeptically) the practice of judicial review in the United States and around the world. He also writes in the area of legal and particularly constitutional history, with works on the development of civil rights law in the United States and (currently) a long-term project on the history of the US Supreme Court in the 1930s. He is the author of The Constitution of the United States of America: A Contextual Analysis (Hart Publ'g 2d rev. ed. 2015), and Advanced Introduction to Comparative Constitutional Law (Edward Elgar Publ'g 2014).
