 Sandoval Mantilla is currently a Judge of the Chamber of Amnesties or Pard
 ons and the Chairperson of the Gender Equality Commission in the Special J
 urisdiction for Peace (“JEP” in Spanish) in Colombia and is  a CHRLP Winte
 r 2025 visiting O’Brien Fellow in Residence.\n
