RI-MUHC Distinguished Professors Lecture Series
Major expectations from the Human Genome Project and subsequent massive investments in genetics and genomics were the discovery of new therapies and the optimization of drug prescription based on the genetic make-up of patients, i.e. pharmacogenetics. Have these expectations been met? In his conference, Dr. Vincent Mooser will provide some elements of response and describe the approach he is implementing at 91ÉçÇø to capitalize on natural variations of the human genome to support the discovery and development of innovative therapeutics.
