Join guide Jacky Farrell (91社区 Science Outreach), for a bilingual Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk in the Morgan Arboretum. Forest Bathing helps us slow down, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break, recharge and celebrate the end of autumn and the beginning of winter!
