 rformance and Wellbeing series. We will share perspectives from (1) perfor
 ming musicians who have experienced the challenges and benefits of mental 
 performance support\, and (2) psychologists and researchers on the myths a
 bout mental support\, professional qualifications\, and the challenges of 
 accessing and embedding what we know about mental performance in professio
