  of Health Sciences at Queen’s University. The certificate showcases organ
 izational leadership and commitment to a mentally healthy workplace\, thro
 ugh best practices and innovative solutions. Participants explore the ever
 -expanding business case for mental health in the workplace. This includes
  an improved understanding of relevant legal\, ethical\, and business conc
 erns. This certification program also supports the development of empatheti
 c and solution-focused leadership skills\, which can be transferred to a v
 ariety of professional settings and situations.\n\n \n\nParticipants must 
 attend both sessions on May 8 and May 15\, 2024\, to get certified.\n\n \n
