 en’s University. The certificate showcases organizational leadership and c
 ommitment to a mentally healthy workplace\, through best practices and inn
 ovative solutions. Participants explore the ever-expanding business case f
 or mental health in the workplace. This includes an improved understanding
  of relevant legal\, ethical\, and business concerns. This certification pr
 ogram also supports the development of empathetic and solution-focused lea
 dership skills\, which can be transferred to a variety of professional set
 tings and situations.\n\nOver the course of three modules\, participants w
 ill explore the ever-expanding business case for mental health in the work
