Neuro Media Services offers technical support and resources for users of the multimedia equipment facilities at The Neuro. Whether you are using the equipment in the various rooms and amphitheaters to conduct clinical or research meetings, conferences, classes, symposiums, or special events - we are here to facilitate your needs.

1.ÌýAV Equipment Installation Requests:

  • When it comes to AV equipment installation, professional setup is crucial. Whether it’s setting up projectors, displays, or sound systems, having experts handle the installation ensures optimal performance and functionality.

2. Web Conferencing Installations:

  • Web conferencing has become essential for remote collaboration. Installing reliable video conferencing solutions, configuring audio devices, and ensuring seamless connectivity are key components here.

3. Room Set-Ups:

  • Efficient room setups enhance productivity. Consider factors like display placement, seating arrangement, and lighting. Well-designed room layouts contribute to better communication during meetings.

4. Video Productions:

  • Video production involves capturing and editing visual content. Whether it’s corporate videos, training materials, or promotional clips, having professionals handle the production process ensures high-quality results.

Meeting Facilities

  • There are multiple meeting facilities available.
  • Each facility has permanently installed AV equipment.
  • Users can review the specific equipment, room capacities, support, and rental fees for each facility

Ìý

AV Equipment Activation

  • If requested in the room reservation system, AV equipment is turned on automatically 10 minutes prior to the time of the reservation.
  • Control panels, installed either on a wall or in the podium, allow users to control equipment including changing input sources, room lighting, audio volume, etc.
  • These control panels remain inactive unless the room has been reserved and AV activation has been requested.
  • Training on the use of these panels is available upon request

AV Technical support

  • If you require the presence of an AV Technician on-site to help set up or to stay for the duration of the meeting, this option can be selected on the Meeting Facilities Request Form when making a room reservation.

Ìý

Cancellation Charges

  • There is no fee if a cancellation notice is sent within 5 working days of the reservation date. If no notice was submitted, then a fee of $100.00 and a $45.00 labour charge will be applied. PRE-TEST All video conferences require at least one pre-test to confirm the connection capability. A minimum of 5 business days advance notice is required.
