Academic title(s):
Assistant Professor
Department:
Human Genetics
Areas of expertise:
I aim to use genetic epidemiological, population genetic and computational methods to combine large biobank level genomics and multi-omics (particularly proteomics) data in the identification of targets for complex traits. Currently, my interest is focused on several diseases related to long term consequences of post-SARS-COV2 infection (ie. post infection fatigue, cognition decline and cerebrovascular disorders). I am particularly interested in expanding this effort to the multi-ancestry and admixed populations.
