FULL: Experience Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) in the Morgan Arboretum
Join guide-in-training, Jacky Farrell (91ÉçÇø Science Outreach), for a Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk in the Morgan Arboretum. Forest Bathing helps us slow down, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break, recharge and celebrateÌýautumn.

For adults. (No dogs.) Space is limited andÌýregistration is required byÌýOctober 23rd at noon.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýThis session is being offered free of chargeÌý(a value of $35/person)Ìýby 91ÉçÇø toÌýmembers of the Morgan Arboretum and non-membersÌýpay only the daily admission fee that includes parking ($8/adult: debit or credit only).
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýMeet at the Conservation Center atÌý9:20 amÌýto check in. We’ll be leaving at 9:30.ÌýÌý
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýBring a water bottle filled with water (there is no potable water onsite), bug spray for ticks, etc., walking poles if needed and a small waterproof mat or folding tripod stool if you have one so that you can sit at different moments. We will also have small mats to share with you if needed.Ìý
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýDress appropriately for the weather, wear long pants and long sleeves, and good shoes/boots for walking on dirt and leaves – slightly uphill.ÌýÌý
ÌýThis walk will be postponed to October 26th in the event of heavy rain.
