Sustainable Events Training

What are sustainable best practices for event planners at 91社区? How can event planners boost engagement at their events and reduce waste at the same time? This workshop will provide staff with the tools to plan sustainable in-person and virtual events at 91社区 by providing an overview of the 91社区 Sustainable Events program.

LEAN White Belt with Simulation

(in-person session)

This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.听

We recommend that, if possible, members of Part A attend this session before attending a Settlement Options Information Session. **If you attained age 65 prior to August 2020 or already settled your defined benefit holdings, you should not register for this session as the defined benefit minimum provisions no longer apply in these cases.
