How to Apply
Returning Residence Students!
Fill out the Returning Students Reservation Housing Form on the oneCard site and indicate your preference of available rooms. An email will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. Spaces are limited and housing offers will be sent out on a first come first serve basis.
There is a $750 cancellation penalty if you cancel after April 1, 2025

Solin Hall Residence
This beautiful building is situated southwest of 91社区's downtown campus, near the Atwater Market and the Lachine Canal

- Apartment style housing with kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. The building has a computer lab, TV lounge, study room, and a games room (pool table, piano and arcade games). Apartments have spacious interiors, high ceilings and oversized windows that flood with plenty of natural light.
- There is a total of 105 apartments housing 280 students in studio units, double rooms and 2, 3, 4 bedroom apartments.
- Apartments are furnished with Twin size bed and mattress (some may be loft beds), desk, dresser, bookshelf, lamp, drapery. Kitchens and living areas have a refrigerator, stove, dining table and chairs, sofa, lamp, and drapery.
- Front desk Monday - Friday 9h00 to 17h00 and roving security agents. Locked entrance with intercom.
- On-site laundry facilities included in the rent. The use of washers and dryers in the residence buildings are available 24/7 at no additional charge.

Commute downtown via the 91社区 Shuttle and have the opportunity to live in a tranquil area west of Montreal.
Laird Hall is a co-ed residence for primarily undergraduate students. Residents enjoy comfortable rooms, modern kitchens and cozy common rooms on each floor. Each residence room in Laird Hall is equipped with a mini-fridge.听

- There are a total of 251 students in single and double bedrooms.
- Dormitory style housing with common shared washrooms, kitchens and common rooms. Certain floors have separate sections for men and women while the others are co-ed. All the common areas are co-ed.
- Furnished bedrooms (bedding and bathroom accessories not included) with a bed, a desk, a dresser and a closet. Bedrooms include mini fridges.
- The communal kitchen on each floor is equipped with toasters, microwaves, fridges and freezers, kitchen table and chairs.
- Amenities in the building include a games room and a movie room to wind off from school stresses.
- There is no Mandatory meal plan for students residing on Macdonald Campus. Students can use their oneCard to make purchases at Caf茅 T.W.I.G.S on campus. Students may access and eat at the Ceilidh Restaurant on campus.
- 24hr Macdonald Campus Security Office located inside Laird Hall. Locked main entrance (controlled by card access).
