Applying for an Exchange

Deadlines

Deadlines

All deadlines regarding student exchanges are available at www.mcgill.ca/students/international/goabroad. Your Faculty Approval deadline to participate in an exchange term/year abroad is in the preceding January (i.e., January 2014, for a term abroad during the 2014–2015 academic year). The Faculty of Law has an earlier deadline. The deadline to submit the supporting documents (if required) for an application to participate in a student exchange for one or two terms of the 2014–2015 academic year is also available on the website.

Bilateral or BCI

Bilateral or BCI

If a university appears on both the Bilateral (www.mcgill.ca/students/international/goabroad/exchange/partners) and BCI (Bureau de coopération interuniversitaire, previously known as CREPUQ) () listings of exchange partners, you must apply under the bilateral agreement.
