Traduction : Translation policy in unilingual, bilingual and multilingual jurisdictions. Glottolinguistic theory and its applications in domestic, supranational and international organizations will be the focus of case studies highlighting practical examples of applied translation policy in legal contexts and the effects of that policy on the translation of and access to government services and legal proceedings as well as the emergence of a right to translation in jurisprudence.
