Business : The objective of this course is to provide aviation industry professionals with a solid project management methodology. Participants will use their own aviation projects to apply concepts taught throughout the course. Emphasis is placed on the following areas: project management concepts and definitions, project management process groups and knowledge areas, definition and content of a project charter. Participants learn how to prepare a project plan using MS Project 2010 software in a ‘hands-on’ laboratory setting.
Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2018-2019 academic year.

35 hours of classroom instruction plus 15 hours of readings and assignments
