Gestion d'affaires : Experiencing the conceptual and theoretical material from the program and to witness the application to practice by observing a fellow participant at work, in as different a setting as possible (with regard to geography and culture as well as industry and job). Developing the skill of observation through reflecting, analyzing and reporting.
