Electrical Engineering : Primary energy resources, conventional and renewable. Electric power generation principles. Rotating and static power conversion, frequency and voltage control. Synchronous and induction generators, design and operation, grid integration requirements of central and distributed generation. Static power converter interfaces, principles and operation.
