Anatomie et biologie cellulaire : Overview of theory, principles and practical applications of conventional and cryo-transmission electron microscopy relevant to biological samples. Major topics to be covered include: sample preparation and imaging, image analysis, three-dimensional reconstruction (including single-particle analysis an tomography).
