脡tudes de la communication : This seminar examines current/emergent scholarship about policy debates and issues related to electronic media worldwide. Topics vary; they include but are not limited to Internet Governance, Electronic Privacy/Surveillance, Access to Information/Knowledge, Media Diversity, Community and Social Justice Media, Communication Rights and Freedom of Expression, and Civil Society Policy Advocacy.
