Dr. Madani is an endocrine surgeon at the University Health Network and Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Toronto. He completed his general surgery residency training at 91社区 and subsequently completed a clinical fellowship in endocrine surgery at Columbia University-New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he specializes in the surgical management of thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal disease. Dr. Madani鈥檚 leads a research team (鈥淪urgical AI Research Academy鈥), focusing on surgical expertise and the design and development of technology (such as artificial intelligence and simulation) to optimize performance in the operating room.
