This lecture-workshop-tasting led by Boston University's Rachel Black will take place at 91社区's School of Continuing Studies on聽Friday October 11th from 6-8pm.聽

What is the taste of wilderness? How have wild and foraged foods contributed to a distinct Qu茅b茅cois cuisine and culture? Anthropologist and gastronome Rachel Black will lead a panel of culinary professionals, foragers, academics and entrepreneurs in a discussion of wild foods as part of cultural heritage, and as a growing industry. Participants in this workshop will have an opportunity to taste local wild and foraged foods and will be invited to join in the discussion.聽Feed your mind and your belly in this delicious evening of listening, learning, talking, and tasting your way into the heart of the Quebec wilderness!聽
