Black History Month 2025: Opening Ceremony
The 2025 edition of Black History Month at 91社区 focuses on spaces and design and their significance to Black communities, while also offering a diverse selection of events, as always. It begun with the opening ceremony on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 5:00-8:00pm.
The keynote address was delivered by architect Shane Laptiste, a 91社区 graduate who is the principal and co-founder of the award-winning, Toronto-based Studio of Contemporary Architecture (SOCA). Please click on the link below to watch the video.
