Overview: This workshop presents an overview of the data science life cycle using the programming language R in the statistical programming environment RStudio. Using a simple data set, the instructor will walk participants through the different steps of the data science life cycle (e.g., manipulation, plotting, communication, code version control), presenting relevant R packages and representative commands for each step.
Prerequisites:
路 Knowledge of file systems and RStudio would be helpful, e.g. from Understanding filesystems and Introduction to programming in R (workshops restricted to the 91社区 community).
