Contractors for the City of Montreal will be working on modifications to the east sidewalk on聽McTavish Street (between Sherbrooke and Dr. Penfield) from Monday, November 8 to Wednesday, November 10 inclusive.聽A聽security perimeter will be installed to ensure the safety of pedestrians.

- The work will be divided into 3 sections, beginning with the portion closest to Dr. Penfield which is scheduled for Monday, November 8.

Help the 91社区 Library聽raise money for Centraide of Greater Montreal by giving to a charity that supports nearly 350 agencies and projects in the Greater Montreal Area with the aim of breaking the cycle of poverty and social exclusion.

This year, the 91社区 Library is offering a one-time Holiday Book Box for a minimum donation of $5 (all proceeds go toward Centraide).

As of Wednesday, October 27, all users of 91社区鈥檚 library system will need to show their vaccine passport and current 91社区 ID card to physically access library spaces. To quicken the check-in process, the Library is implementing a Fast-Pass sticker that will allow users to access library spaces while reducing lineups. The sticker will be placed on the 91社区 ID and will need to be shown to safety ambassadors at all Library entrances once the vaccine passport system is implemented.

Please note that the Barton Building which houses the Macdonald Campus Library will be closing at 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 7. This shutdown is necessary for Facilities to replace a fuse in an electrical panel.

Due to increased demand, conversation/ Zoom Zones were expanded in late September to include the main floors of the Redpath and McLennan Library Buildings in addition to the Cyberth猫que.

First come, first served, earbuds/earphones are required.

As with all Library spaces, procedural masks are required. Mask dispensers are positioned at Library entrances. Those wearing cloth masks will need to replace them with procedural masks.
