will be retiring their classic OverDrive app at the end of 2022 and moving users over to their . Existing users of the classic app will be able to continue using it until the end of the year, however the app will be removed from Apple App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store on February 23, 2022. In response to new measures announced by 91社区 and the Government of Quebec to slow the spread of the Omicron variant, the Library is temporarily closing most physical spaces and all stack areas to the 91社区 community and reinstating four services: Study Hubs, HathiTrust Emergency Temporary Access Service (ETAS), a temporary Pickup Service, and the ROAAr Digitization on Demand Service.

As of Wednesday, December 1, the 91社区 community can take advantage of a new, heated, outdoor area.聽
Heaters in the tent located on the McLennan-Redpath terrace will聽provide 91社区 students, staff and faculty with a safe, warm, space聽to聽take a break, dine, study,聽and socialize.
Heaters will be operational Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).

The week of November 22, the Library was experiencing two issues impacting user experience for Wiley and OverDrive e-book titles in which only a small portion of the Library's Wiley e-book titles were underrepresented in the Sofia catalogue and OverDrive holdings were overrepresented.
The original issue for Wiley has been fixed but the OverDrive issue, outlined below, is still outstanding.
