Users encountering this issue must open an incident (INC) on the . (This link will take you directly to the right incident type.)

As of March 26, 2025, you will no longer be able to reset your 91社区 username password in Minerva. Password resets will be managed through a single, secure platform using Microsoft鈥檚 Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) feature to enhance security and better protect your data.听
Note: Password resets for Banner/Imaging/Data Warehouse will remain available in Minerva.听听
Attackers, scammers, marketers: these days they鈥檙e all taking advantage of AI to generate polished, typo-free content. Figuring out if an email is legitimate has definitely become more challenging. IT Services recently migrated many Webex softphone users to Teams Phone.
As a result, users may have received a message from Microsoft stating their license will be deactivated soon. (See screenshot above.) It is a legitimate message from Microsoft.
All 91社区 faculty and staff are assigned Microsoft 365 licenses that provide access to applications such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, and Excel. As part of the recent migration, IT Services changed the type of Microsoft 365 license assigned to some users.
We have received reports of a Read.AI bot attending or attempting to attend online meetings organized by 91社区 faculty and staff. The bot uses generative AI to create a text summarizing a meeting鈥檚 discussions and decisions; it then shares a link to that document with all participants.
91社区 must vet all IT solutions to ensure they safeguard data privacy and security. Read.AI has not been approved for teaching, research, or administrative activities at the University.
The Classroom A/V Instructions application is moving to the Browse Classrooms widget on the on December 13th, 2024.听
Classroom audiovisual information will now be available on a platform the community is familiar with. You鈥檒l also be accessing it more securely with single sign-on (SSO) and two-factor authentication (2FA).
As of January 31, 2025, 91社区 IT Services has decommissioned the 91社区 Staff Directory. This initiative aims to streamline processes, improve security against phishing attacks, and replace outdated technology.听听
We are excited to announce that we've enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) on听听for a seamless and secure login experience.
Action required: Please log out of your Mural account and log back in using SSO. This will ensure uninterrupted access and a smoother process for future logins.

Dear all,
91社区鈥檚 Emergency Notification System allows you to opt in your mobile device to receive alerts during time-sensitive situations and disruptions in the use of various buildings on campus.
In the past, some mobile phone carriers only allowed voice messages, not SMS text messaging. Today, all carriers support SMS, so we will switch all Emergency Notification System messaging to SMS for mobile phones starting September 18.
If your personal mobile device is configured to use text-to-speech, SMS notifications from 91社区 will be read aloud.
听
After October 18,听Classroom telephones will no longer automatically call the Audiovisual support hotline when you remove the telephone receiver from the base.
This change will prevent accidental calls to the hotline.
After that date, you will have to use the press the AV System Support button on the lower-left side of the telephone鈥檚 display screen to call the Audiovisiual support hotline. (See below)
