The Department of Chemistry offers a state-of-the-art research environment with brand new teaching and research laboratories. $37M of renovations, completed in 2012, were made possible through funding from the Governments of Canada and Quebec, and 91ÉçÇø. Research and teaching are now performed in large and bright environments, with glass separated office spaces and state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure.
