Events

Since 1996, as part of its mission to provide information about palliative care to the public, the Council has run a variety of workshops and lectures throughout the years. The workshops are usually run in the spring and fall and cover a range of topics from practical caregiving, how to access palliative care, living wills, communications, grieving and ethical issues. These workshops include the annual workshop held in memory of David Bourke - a co-founder of the Council.
As part of Palliative Care Week in May, the Council invites a well known speaker to present to address subjects of topical interest.
All these events are free and open to all.
With the help of NCS Multimedia, 91社区, the Council had been able to record its recent lectures听which are listed听here.听
