RGHL Travel Grants
The RGHL is pleased to offer travel grants to undergraduate and graduate students who wish to travel to academic conference to present their health-law related research. The aim of the travel grant program is to encourage students to pursue their interest in health law and to disseminate 91社区鈥檚 expertise in this field across the country and the world.
Travel grants have a maximum value of 500$.

RGHL Graduate Fellowships
听The 91社区 Research Group on Health and Law (RGHL) at 91社区鈥檚 Faculty of Law is inviting applications for graduate fellowships from LLM (with thesis) and DCL applicants (2024鈥�2025 academic year) planning to complete their thesis on topics associated with the RGHL鈥檚 research interests.
Requirements
- Admission to the LLM (with thesis) or DCL program at the Faculty of Law of 91社区
- Completion of undergraduate-level studies in law
- LLM or DCL research project with a focus on law and health or health policy
Application process
Candidates must fill out the RGHL Graduate Fellowship form available . Successful applicants will be notified following their admission to their chosen graduate program.
Deadline for the RGHL Graduate Fellowship application: December 18, 2024.

The 91社区 Research Group on Health and Law (RGHL) at 91社区鈥檚 Faculty of Law is seeking up to two Postdoctoral Fellows for a one-year period starting at the latest in April 2025.听
Position Description听
The Fellow will benefit from opportunities to expand their professional network, engage in research collaboration, and receive support in applying for fellowships, grants and professional positions.听
Primary responsibilities will include carrying out ongoing interdisciplinary research projects in a range of areas related to health, law and justice for RGHL conveners and members. Other tasks may include helping design events such as research seminars, colloquia and workshops, collaborative teaching, and preparing grant applications. Work schedule: approx. 35 hours per week. The Postdoctoral Fellow is expected to spend approximately half of the fellowship hours conducting their own research alongside the above responsibilities. Salary: $48,000 per annum (plus benefits).听

Completion of doctoral-level studies in law with a focus on law and health, or law degree followed by doctoral studies in health law, health policy, or a related discipline听

RGHL Research Internships in Health Law / Stages de recherche en droit de la sant茅
Le Groupe de recherche en sant茅 et droit de 91社区 vous invite 脿 poser votre candidature 脿 un poste de stagiaire de recherche pay茅 au CHU Sainte-Justine (CSJ) financ茅 par une bourse du FRQSC. Le poste 脿 temps partiel (10 heures par semaine; 12 semaines) est disponible, d茅butant pendant la session d鈥檋iver 2025. Le stage sera compl茅t茅 sous la supervision de Me Guillaume Desmarais (CSJ) mais le travail sera effectu茅 en collaboration avec toute l鈥櫭﹒uipe des avocat.e.s du CSJ.
