Overview
The 2013 IPN Retreat was held on September 19 and 20, 2013, at the Crowley Arts Centre (Montreal QC).
The event agenda聽consisted of longer-themed sessions on聽Pain, Axon Guidance, Neuropharmacology and Psychiatry & Neuroscience. By popular demand, we hosted another panel session titled 'Non-Academic Careers for Neuroscientists,' with a focus on Education and Industry. On the second day, we had partnered up with the Parkinson's Summer School, which was being organized by IPN students in 2013.

Overview
The 2012 IPN Retreat was held on September 19 and 20, 2012, at the Montreal Science Centre (Montreal QC).
The agenda consisted of themed sessions on Auditory Cognitive Neuroscience, Neurotrophins, Depressive Disorders and 21st Century techniques used in Neuroscience Research. There was also the popular panel session titled 'Non-Academic Careers for Neuroscientists,' with a focus on Industry, Entrepreneurs and Administrators. Also featuring International Guest Speakers: Barbara Hempstead (Cornell), Dave Shelton (Pfizer), Paul McKellips (Federation of Biomedical Research) and Greg Gage (Backyard Brains, Ann Arbor).
