Experts: Ukraine and Russia agree to a ceasefire in the Black Sea

Russia and Ukraine have agreed to stop fighting in the Black Sea. The agreement would also cease strikes on energy infrastructures in both countries. It would be the first significant step toward a ceasefire, but it remains unclear how and when this limited truce would be implemented.
