There are opportunities to get involved in research for which students will not gain credit towards their degree but which are worthwhile for other reasons. Such opportunities may involve funding support, industry experience, or the opportunity to pursue a project in another country.

Talk to your professors and staff in your department and look online to find opportunities that may be available to you. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
