Changes to ChemDraw and Signals Notebook

The vendor of ChemDraw and Signals Notebook is changing the portal used to access these products.
If you have a ChemDraw/Signals Notebook account, you may need to take important steps because all experiment data stored in the old portal must be migrated by Friday, Feb. 28, 2025, or it will be permanently deleted.
If you have logged into your ChemDraw/Signals Notebook account within the last 14 months:
- Your account was automatically moved to the new system. You will have received a confirmation email that includes a link to the new portal.
- You will need to:
- Download the desktop app installer from the 聽and install ChemDraw version 23.2.1.
- Follow these from Signals Notebook Individual Edition to Signals Notebook Standard. Although migration time will vary according to the number of experiments being moved, tests have shown that it should take less than five minutes to download and re-upload approximately 40 experiments.
If you have NOT logged into your ChemDraw/Signals Notebook since 2023:
- Your account is NOT being moved to the new portal. You will no longer be able to access ChemDraw/Signals Notebook after Friday, Feb. 28, 2025. You should have received an email from IT Services to this effect.
- If you may need Signals Notebook in the future, you must export your data before Friday, Feb. 28, 2025. Follow the instructions on .
- If you do not wish to keep this data, no action is required on your behalf.
- To request access to the new Signals Notebook portal, please contact the .
- Important: Because all your data will be deleted from the old system on Feb. 28, your new account will be empty and you will need to import any data you wish to use.
