Official Transcripts

​91ÉçÇø students and alumni or former students who were registered or graduated from 91ÉçÇø as of 1972 or later can request anÌýOfficial TranscriptÌýin PDF format (eTranscript) to send to educational institutions, employers, funding agencies, immigration authorities, or any third party.Ìý

Official eTranscripts are digitally signed and certified PDF documents that can be delivered electronically worldwide in as little as 15 minutes from when you place your order!

Effective May 2024, 91ÉçÇø students and graduates have 24/7 access to view and/or pay a fee to securely share their official documents such as their eTranscript, letters or forms with other colleges or universities, government, employers or third parties in their digital wallet via â„¢. Documents issued through â„¢ are tamper-evident and cryptographically signed, making them authentic and official.

â„¢ is a National Network, shared service and platform that provides students and graduates access to a secure, online, password protected learner credential wallet owned by the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada (ARUCC). This Network will replace 91ÉçÇø’s previous official electronic transcript provider, the National Student Clearinghouse.

91ÉçÇø students and alumni will continue to use Minerva to request their electronic official transcripts and the document will be issued to them in the new â„¢ platform for sharing. Now, students and alumni can also submit requests for forms and custom letters, that must be processed by Enrolment Services, to be added to their â„¢ digital wallet and shared with any third party.

  1. Log intoÌý

  4. Select ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore) Menu
  5. Review and select I agree to consent to the Notice for Sharing of Personal Information with MyCredsâ„¢
  6. From the Select a Product Menu, select Transcript-Official and follow the quick steps for submitting your order
  7. Your official transcript will be prepared and delivered electronically viaÌýMyCredsâ„¢

Notes and Disclaimers

  • Once the eTranscript is deposited in theÌýMyCredsâ„¢ platform,Ìýyou will be notified by email and must access the platform to purchase share credits to view and share your official transcript with a third party.
  • It is yourÌýresponsibility to ensure that the recipient accepts electronic official transcripts, and to provide a valid email address for the recipient.
  • Order updates will be sent to you via email. You can also track your transcript order online.Ìý
  • To view and share the eTranscript, it is necessary to purchase share credits.
  • Your eTrancript will reflect your record as of the date it was issued and will be valid to share for 30 days.
  • After 30 days your transcript will expire and will no longer be available to share. You must order a new eTranscript.
  • If your record changes and you wish to share an updated version of your transcript, you will need to order a new eTranscript.
  • In MyCredsâ„¢, you will be charged a fee each time you share your document – You can purchase share credits that will allow you to share your document more than once (e.g. eTranscript, form, letter…).
  • Before you complete your request, check your unofficial transcript inÌýÌý(Student Menu>Student Records Menu>View Your Unofficial Transcript) to ensure that all your grades are posted and, if you are a recent graduate, to ensure that your degree is posted.Ìý
  • eTranscripts cannot be requested by third parties on behalf of a student - the student must submit the request for themselves.

IMPORTANT: In the MyCredsâ„¢ platform, you will see the eTranscript expiry date. This date is set to 30 days following its availability.

When you share your eTranscript, you can also enter an expiry date. This date must be within the eTranscript expiry date set by the University. If you enter a later date, it will not be applicable. The 30-day expiry set by the University will take precedence.

Official Paper Transcripts

We strongly urge students to use the eTranscript as their official transcript since it is an expedited, more sustainable and flexible option.

In the rare situation that a student requires an official paper transcript, one can be requested as follows:

Note that the processing delays for paper transcript requests are between 10-12 working days.
