Join us on Thursday, May 8th, 2025, for a day dedicated to exploring and discussing cutting-edge research in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). This conference aims to provide researchers with valuable opportunities to learn about diverse EDI research works from various fields and foster scholarly interactions that can lead to impactful collaborations.

Throughout the day, you'll hear from esteemed speakers and discussants across multiple sessions, covering topics such as organizational behavior, strategy, operations management, marketing, information systems, accounting, and finance. Whether you're a seasoned researcher or new to the field, this conference promises to offer insightful perspectives and stimulate meaningful conversations.

The main purpose of the EDI research conference is two-fold:

to provide researchers with opportunities to learn about, understand, and discuss EDI research works from across different areas.
to promote scholarly interactions with respect to EDI research, which can help generate more research collaborations.
