What to expect

The plan for Thursday's session is to reconnect with each other and brainstorm strategies for wellness/finding joy, both as individuals and via the ERG. We will break into small groups explore the following two questions:聽

  1. What are some activities you've been doing as self-care or to find joy during these past few months?
  1. How might the Queer ERG support employee well-being at 91社区?

Afterwards, we'll debrief as a group and compile takeaways, both for us as individuals and for future ERG activities.

Accessibility

The session will be held in the training room of the Equity Team office, located on the 10th聽floor in Suite 1010 at 550 Sherbrooke Street West. To access our office, use the聽East Tower elevators聽located in the main lobby.

There is a single-stall, gender-inclusive and accessible washroom in the space, and multi-stall gendered washrooms on the 9th and 11th floors. There is also a kitchen with a sink, toaster, and microwave in case you need to prepare your lunch.
