Immunization/Vaccination, Basic Cardiac Life Support Standards

Compulsory immunization program

Healthcare program students are required by law to submit proof of vaccination before starting the first year of their program. 91社区 uses the standards of the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services in order to ensure the safety of students and patients.聽 Admitted students will be provided with instructions and will have access to a secure form to upload their documents for verification. Students are responsible for maintaining compliance with all 91社区 and government requirements during their studies as a matter of professional responsibility.

The detailed requirements are revised each year; the most recent version is provided here for information only:聽File MDCM Immunization form 2024_English
