Mindfulness and self-compassion focus on accepting our experiences and being kind to ourselves, especially when we are feeling down or stressed. Research has supported that mindfulness and self-compassion are linked to increases in one鈥檚 overall wellbeing. This group is intended for students who are thinking about slowing down, being more mindful, and less critical of themselves- but do not know how to! Some prior experience with meditation would be beneficial but not mandatory.
